Universal Sensor Block
The Universal Sensor Block is used for independently measuring the pressure, as well as the temperature, of a fluid flowing in and out of a recirculating printhead. It is a universal fit for all recirculating printheads in the market. It is equipped with Luer connectors making it easy to adapt to different tubing sizes. Other features include:
- The possibility to easily attach a filter directly to the Sensor Block between the Lab Tank and Printhead inlet.
- Simple implementation in a laboratory or industrial setup.
- Ethernet cable connection.
- Stainless Steel material as standard allows for the use of all ink chemistries.
- Additional software features (when implemented with a Lab Tank), for pressure control in recirculation mode.
Degassing Module
The Degassing Module is designed to fit next to the Lab Tank. Tubes are easy to connect/disconnect allowing for a flexible and quick exchange. Some of the features include:
- A Built in vacuum pump, with an on/off switch on the front of the unit.
- Maximum vacuum pressure of -900 mbar.
- 24 V power supply included.
Fill and Drain Pump
This Gear Pump offers bidirectional operation, enabling both controlled filling and efficient draining within a single compact unit. Its dynamically adjustable flow control ensures precise regulation of filling speed and pressure for stable performance with any fluid. With its low-pulsation drive design, the pump delivers exceptionally smooth.
Automated Cleaning Station
The Lab Tank Support Stand is used for positioning the Lab Tank in the vertical and horizontal position. The stand is
equipped with bottle holders for ink supply and waste. Features include:
● A clean exchange of inks.
● Automatic filling and draining of the Lab Tank.
● Supports automatic cleaning cycles for the Lab Tank and Printhead using the Lab Tank Automatic Cleaning
Software.
External Head Mount Heaters
An optional Heated Head mount can be configured with your chosen printhead. Additional heating rods, 2 x 40 W with Sensor, keep the printhead functioning at an optimal temperature. It is recommended for printheads without built in heaters like the XAAR, Epson and Seiko RC1536. This is especially important for high density inks. Temperature control is achieved via the Lab Tank Software.
