Manifold Lab Tank Ink Delivery System
Suitable for Upscaling from R&D to Production Printer
The system supports all kinds of piezo recirculating inkjet printheads. It consists of two combined ink tanks where filling and emptying the tanks works automatically, ideal for draining highly pigmented fluids like white ink, which tend to settle after longer idle periods. Designed to efficiently transfer parameters from a Lab Tank in a Single-Head setup to Production Multi-Head Printer, shortening upscaling periods.
Each tank has an integrated pressure sensor and powerful heaters that allow for precise control of pressures as well as temperature. Different KNF recirculation pumps can be integrated depending on necessary flowrate of the recirculating printheads being used.
An external vacuum pump can be powered and controlled by software if an inline degasser is necessary to achieve optimal jetting stability. A single vacuum pump is able to support up to 5 degassing filters. The narrow width of 80mm, allows a compact design of multi-color print units.
